Refund policy
All sales are final. We strive to meet the needs of our customers and will always exchange or issue store credit for a verified manufacturer defect. Returns for custom orders, such as DTF, will only be issued in IN STORE credit for reasons of defect, or error on our part. Refunds will not be issued for orders within the 72 hour turn around time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
